Henry Esau WEINBERG

WEINBERG, Henry Esau Peacefully, at the West Haldimand Memorial Hospital Hagersville on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Theresa Weinberg. Loving father of Marcia Weinberg and her husband Harvey Kessler, Reesa and her husband Peter Spitman and David Weinberg and his wife Liz Cooke. Much loved grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 3. Dear brother of Ida Campanella, Frances Weinberg and William "Willie" Weinberg. Loved nephew of Ray Rosenzweiy. Henry is predeceased by his daughters Janice Simmons and Rhonda Nudds, his brothers Morris Weinberg, Sam Wienberg, Nate Weinberg and Percy Weinberg, and by his sister Rachael Labovitz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Henry was a veteran of World War II, serving in England and Italy and is also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #164. A special thanks to the staff of West Haldimand Memorial Hospital for their care of Henry over the years. A Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Thursday, October 28, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the West Haldimand Memorial Hospital would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
