CHAMBERLAIN, Mr. George - Peacefully in Caledonia on October 28, 2004, in his 82nd year. George Chamberlain was born in Cardiff, Wales, raised in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan and was a Veteran of WWII, Calgary Tanks (Germany, France, Italy, Sicily, Holland), retired from CGE. Beloved husband of the late Bessie Edith Mary Rose. Dear father of Betty Burgess and her husband Bill of Omemee, Fred Chamberlain and his wife Sharon of Peterborough, Robert Chamberlain and his wife Maryanne of Hamilton, Donna Beadles and her husband Steve of Caledonia. Will be remembered by Debbie, Frank and Ed. Loving grandfather of Bonnie, Brenda, Bill, Jason, Justin, Jennifer, Amber, Christopher, Angela, Crystal, Heather, Robert, Lisa, Bradly, Emily and Stephanie. Great grandfather of 7. Son of the late George and Fanny Chamberlain. Brother of Cliff Chamberlain and his wife Tillie, Gordon Chamberlain, Lawrence Chamberlain and his wife Mary and the late Ronald, Winston and Dennis. Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE 356 Rubidge Street from 7-9 p.m. on Monday, November 1st, and one hour prior to service. The service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, November 2nd at 1:00 p.m. Interment Emily Cemetery, Omemee.
