CALDWELL Deacon William M. Sr. A man of God. A man of Valor. A man of Honor born February 9, 1923, to Arthur and Aimer Caldwell. A holy man - one who believed in the word of God. One who walked uprightly before God and his fellowman. One who meant what he said and said what he meant. He was not ashamed to speak of the Love of God; any person who met him was touched by his encouraging words. He never failed to bring God into his conversation. William worked many, many years with choirs, teaching, directing and playing. An awesome teacher who demanded and got perfection through the many years that he worked under the anointing and blessings of God. He has been seen by many in downtown Detroit, passing out tract sheets and ministering to the lost. God called this faithful servant home on Sunday, October 31, 2003 at 6:27 a.m. He leaves to glory in his memories: his wife, Marilyn, his children, William Maurice, Jr. (Yvonne) Lennell Demetrius (Carol), Katrina Yvette, Karen Yvonne, Shari (LaMorris) Lowman.
