DERKSEN, W. Ronald 67 years, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at Leamington District Memorial Hospital. Beloved husband of Ruth (Derksen). Dear father of Allen and wife Mary, the late Sandra (July 2004) and husband Peter Driedger and Andrew. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Peter, the late Tristen (1995), Shae, Camden, Alexandra, Brock and Blake. Dear brother of Henry Derkson and wife Elizabeth, Edith Wiens and husband John. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home 14 Russell Street, Leamington on Thursday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Ron's life at the North Leamington United Mennonite Church, Concession 6, Leamington on Friday, November 5, 2004 at 2 p.m. Rev. Bruce Wiebe and Rev. Cathrin van Sintern officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Leamington.
