Mr. Richard Glenn Duggan April 21, 1944 - April 27, 2009 Duggan, Richard Glenn Passed away peacefully at the age of 65 on April 27, 2009. Father of Richard Charles and wife Shannon. 2 Grandchildren. Son of the late Margaret and Glenn Duggan. Brother to David Duggan and his wife Margaret of Alberta and Judith Ann Booth of Georgia. A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery Friday May1,2009 at 3:pm.Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor.
