Frances GIAMPOLO

WILLIAMS, Frances (Giampolo) - Peacefully with her family at her side, at Credit Valley Hospital on November 10, 2004 Frances Giampolo Williams in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles (Chuck) Williams. Dearest mom to Donna Rukavina (David) and Deanna Williams (Jim Dunsdon) of Mississauga and Chuck Williams (Maria) of Waterloo and the best grandma in the world-"MaMa" to Melanie, Jodi, Curtis and Ryan Rukavina; Aaron, Andrea and Carrie Laws; and Tonia, Charles and Marc Williams. Dear daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Giampolo of Niagara Falls Ontario and sister of Christine Masur (Fritz) of Illinois. Frances was well known in Niagara Falls for her friendship to many, and for her kindness and generosity of spirit. In her retirement, she expended tireless energy organizing various bus trips, tour groups and our lives! She taught elementary school for many years with the Welland County Separate School Board and was actively involved in OECTA and the Retired Teachers Association. She loved Niagara Falls and served the community through her volunteer involvement -with Niagara Symphony, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, and the Mayor's Recreation Committee. Many will remember her cutting the cake at the Canada Day celebrations every July at Optimist Park! She was also an active member of St. Patrick's Parish, serving as lector for many years.
