BOOTH- John (Jack) - Peacefully at Valley Park Lodge on Sunday November 14, 2004, in his 91st year. John Edward Booth, beloved husband of the late Amy Mary Young (1992). Loved father of Bradley Booth, Kincardine, Jacqueline Jefferys and her husband Howard, Burritts Rapids, ON, Karyn Chadwick and her husband Steven, Toronto, and the late James Booth. Jack will be missed by his 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his daughter in law, Monique Booth, Tillsonburg. Resting at the funeral chapel of Hetherington & Deans, 5176 Victoria Ave. where the family will receive friends Wednesday 7-9. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday November 18, 2004, at 11 AM. Cremation to follow. In memoriam contributions to the Alzheimers Society or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. On Wednesday evening The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #51 will hold a memorial service in the chapel at 7 o'clock. - 11/16/2004 - ID5213577
