Gerald Z Gaudet May 09, 1930 - December 01, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Fair Haven Funeral Home Gerald Z. Gaudet, 74, passed away suddenly at the Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, December 1, 2004. He was the son of the late Aurelien & Anna (Leger) Gaudet. Gerald was the 1st NB employee of Westinghouse Seimens of Canada where he worked as an Electrical Mechanic for 44 years until his retirement in 1990. His loving spirit will be remembered always by his family and friends whom he loved to spend time with. His grand children also brought him great joy. The summer cottage brought many exciting times and great games of horseshoes. He is survived by his loving wife, Olida (Gautreau) of 50 years, one daughter, Dianne (Roger) Martin, Ottawa, two sons, Michel, Riverview, Jean (Linda), Moncton, four grand children, Brigitte, Luke, Mitchell & Colin. He is also survivied by his Step Mother, Marie Gaudet, one brother, Paul (Alma), Lyne, Mass, two sisters, Aurella (Robert) Michaud, Moncton, Yvette (Brian) Morrisey, Ontario and many neices and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Roger. Visitation will take place at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Friday evening, December, 3 from 7-9pm. Memorial service will take place on Saturday morning at 11am, December, 4 in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home. A reception for family and friends to follow.
