JACKSON, Amelia May Peacefully after a lengthy illness on Thursday, December 2, 2004 at the age of 84 years. Amelia Jackson (nee Carroll), beloved wife of the late Lloyd Edgar Jackson. Loving mother of Carol McGuire and step-mother to Donald Jackson (Evelyn) and Brian Jackson (Lise). Cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Dan, Lisa and Melanie and her great-grandchildren Katherine and Zachary. Dear sister of Nancy (Clyde Andrews) of Nova Scotia. Special thank you to the doctors and staff at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus for their care and compassion. Friends may call at the Tubman Funeral Home Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.), Nepean on Tuesday, December 7th from 11 am to 1 pm. Service in the chapel Tuesday at 1 pm immediately followed by a reception in the Maple Terrace Room.
