PATRIDGE, Thomas M. In hospital, Perth, on Tuesday, December 7, 2004. Thomas (Tom) Matthew Patridge in his 87th year. Loved father of Karen (Rob) Urbanati of Toronto and David (Sherry) Patridge of Smiths Falls. Dear grandfather of Robyn and Thomas Patridge and Raven Urbanati. Brother of the late Mildred Hitching. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 11th at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery, Smiths Falls. In remembrance, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
