SMITH, Levi P. Jr. U. S. Vice Council in Windsor from 1949 - 1953, born Nov. 30, 1918, died December 7, 2004, in his residence at Shelbourne Bay Senior Residence, 185 Pinehaven Shore Rd., #247, Shelbourne Vermont, 05482, after a year of failing health. He married Sybil Watts of the Windsor Daily Star on June 23, 1951 at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Walkerville. He was the 3rd son of the late Levi P. and Julia Pease Smith of Burlington Vermont, U.S.A. He is survived by his wife Sybil, and their four children, Levi P. Smith III of Chicago, John Huntington Smith, Victoria Smith Powers and Barbara Smith Murphy of Vermont and six grandchildren. Published in the Windsor Star on 12/9/2004
