Born in Calgary, Alberta on January 26, 1971. Survived by parents Jim and Judi Bailey; brothers Joe (Shelley) and James; grandmother Rene Desreux and nieces Meghan, Lindsay and Ashley. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Andrews Anglican Church, 2475 Koksilah Road, Cowichan Station on Saturday, December 18, 2004 at 2:30 p.m. Cremation. Memorial donations may be made in Jeff's memory to the charity of ones choice.
