BROWN, Anna Margaret (nee Carlson) 1930 - 2007 Anna Margaret Brown (nee Carlson) of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the age of 77 years. Anna was born on a farm in Irricana, AB on March 24, 1930. She attended Irricana school until moving to Mirror Lake, B.C. in the spring of 1947. She completed her education in Carbon, AB, where she met her future husband "Brownie", who worked with GSI. She taught school in Calgary for one year, and later became a secretary, working for several lawyers, also in Calgary. Anna was an active member of Central United Church. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Carol, granddaughter Amy, brother George Carlson, sister Esther Permann, and numerous nieces, nephews and good friends. Anna was predeceased by her husband, Gordon "Brownie" Brown, father A. Carlson, mother Anna Carlson, and brother, Arthur Carlson. Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 - 4 Street N.W.
