BRONKHORST, Greta On Sunday, December 12, 2004 at Maple View Lodge, Athens, Mrs. Greta Bronkhorst (nee Ruiter), a native of Alkmaar, the Netherlands, and long time Brockville resident, at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of Anton Bronkhorst. Loving mother of Wim (Willie) of Lyn, Dick (Karen) of North Gower, Rudy (Maureen) of Cobourg, Ron of Brockville and Terry (Stephanie) of Lyn. Fondly remembered by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother Meindert Ruiter of the Netherlands. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Tuesday evening from7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday after 12 noon. In celebration of Greta's life a ceremony will be held in the Irvine Chapel on Wednesday at 1 o'clock followed by cremation at Roselawn Crematorium. Interment at a later date at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. In remembrance, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Maple View Lodge will be gratefully acknowledged.
