Mr. Reginald A. McNeil Funeral arrangements by V J McGilivray Funeral Homes (Glace Bay) Reginald A. McNeil April 23, 1925-December 13, 2004 Reserve Mines It is with great sadness that we, the family announce the passing of our loving father Reginald A. McNeil. He was the son of the late Angus and Cathrine (Gallant) McNeil and a member of St. Joseph’s church. Reginald passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family. He was the loving father to Reginald, Kerry, Cheryl, Caroline and his niece Patricia MacKinnon. He was also the proud grandfather of six grandchildren, Robert, Teri-Lynn, Christopher, Courtney, Matthew, and Michelle. He is predeceased by his late wife Mary Elizabeth (Sister) McNeil and daugher Caroline Elizabeth McNeil. He is survived by his sisters, Nisha Mullins, Bernadette MacGillvary, Josephine Butts and a brother William. Reggie, a devoted husband and father was employed as a miner for 41 years. A special thank you to Catherine (Tossie) Saccary and Any Watts for the love and caring they showed our father during his illness. Your kindness and devotion will always be remembered. There will be no visitation. A mass in memory will be held at St. Joseph’s Parish, Main Street, Reserve Mines, December 17, 2004 at 11:00 am. Reception will follow the mass in the church hall; condolences to family will be received at V.J. McGillivray.com..
