UMBACH, Cassandra Nicole (O'Connell, Cassandra Lynn) Age 27 Years Suddenly on Monday, December 13, 2004, while in the hospital undergoing tests, we lost our darling daughter Cassandra. She will be forever missed by her parents Douglas and Nancy, sisters Jill, Hilary and Naomi (Linda) and brothers Colin and David. Cassandra was predeceased by her beloved brother Tam (May 2004). She will be missed by her uncle Jeff and aunt Debi (Gibb) and cousins Jessica (Chris) and James and her aunt Jean and uncle Ken (Kelley) and cousins Ann (Gordon), Doug and Barbara. Cassandra will be sadly missed by her birth parents Judith Potvin and Michael O'Connell and their extended families. Our thanks to the two very special doctors and nurse in the ICU unit of the General Hospital and to the staff at Saint Vincent Hospital. Friends may visit the family at Bethany Baptist Church, 380 Centrepointe Drive (corner of Baseline), on Monday, December 20 from 1 p.m. until the celebration of Cassandra's life at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Amnesty International, 312 Laurier Ave. East, Ottawa ON K1N 1H9, would be appreciated.
