MANDARINO, Carolina In her 96th year, on December 13, 2004 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Antonio (1977). Loving mother of Santina & husband Oreste Falsetta, Florindo & wife Domenica, the late Michele (1954) and the late Elvira Burza (Nov. 2004). Cara Nonna of Frances, Peter, Ornella, Sylvia, Sergio, Randy, Anthony & Stefani. Bis Nonna of Michele & Marisa. Dear mother-in-law of Michele Burza. Predeceased by her siblings Giulia Cozzetto, Grazia Pagliuso, Gemma DeCaro, Joe Cozzetto and Silvio Cozzetto. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, family and friends in Canada, U.S.A., and Italy. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday December 16, 2004 at 8:45 a.m. from Janisse Bros-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave., (253-5225) to St. Angela Merici Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. A special thank you to all the staff on 7 west at Hotel Dieu Hospital and Dr. DeMarco Sr. and Dr. DeMarco Jr. for all the years of care and compassion. A tree will be planted in memory of Carolina Mandarino in the Janisse Bros.-Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
