COX, Harold - Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday, June 11, 2009., in his 97th year. Beloved husband of the late Blanche and special friend of Betty Dicker. Brother of the late Gordon, Clayton, Roy, Stanley, and Charlie. Brother-in-law of Velma Cox of Sarnia, Bess Johnston of Hagersville, Vera Johnston of Petrolia. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Harold was a Driving Force for the Non-Profit Housing in Stoney Creek, and was a one time recipient of the Stoney Creek Citizen of the Year award. A proud life long member of the Oddfellows and St. George's Anglican Church. Harold enjoyed the time he spent in Haliburton Highlands Cottaging, then settling in as a resident.
