PURZAK, Cheryl (nee Levine). Peacefully after a long illness, passed away December 15, 2004. Survived by her children Jay Krames (Trudy) of Chicago and Elayne (Michael Howitt) of Los Angeles, and their children, Adam and Joshua Howitt and Matthew and Nolan Krames, also survived by her parents Jack and Shirley Levine, brother Marc (Joan) all in Vancouver and her step-children, Gordon (Sandra), Rodney (Lisa), and Tommy (Carla) Purzak and their children, Austin, Lexy, Myles, Lauren, Marissa and Madison. Funeral will take place in California, on December 19, at Groman Eden Mortuary. Shiva at 17928 Collins street, Encino, California, 91316.
