TAVAGLIONE, Jack Elmhirst. Left us peacefully on December 15, 2004. Survived by his mother, Judith Webster and his late father Antonio Tavaglione, his brother Rocco (Thelma-Jean), his sisters Sandra (Steve), Lynda (Mike), Debra and brother-in-law Danny, his nieces Chelsea and Alanah and nephew Christopher. Also maternal grandmothers Alice Cameron Kenna and Helen Webster and aunt Debra Salerno (Frank). He has also left behind many great friends. Many thanks to Doctors and staff of the Mount Sinai Hospital who made his last days comfortable. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Lawrence Church, 520 - 75th Avenue, Lasalle, Quebec on January 15, 2005 at 11 a.m. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 12/18/2004.
