POLJANOWSKI, Theresa Helen, Suddenly, at her residence in Thorold, on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Henry Poljanowski (1995). Loving mother of Richard (Patricia) Poljanowski and Christine (David) "Rocky" Adam s. Predeceased by son Ernest Poljanowski (1949). Grandma will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Robin (Donald) Joseph (Alison), Philip (Liz), Michael, David and James and by her great grandchildren Brandon, Jenna, Lauren, C ourtnee, Meghan and Amber. Theresa's family will receive their family and friends at the LAMB-BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent St., Thorold on Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until service.
