UFHOLZ, Katrin Barbara (nee Ulrich) On December 16, 2004 at 98 years of age, late of Leamington. Beloved wife of the late Karl (1986). Devoted mother of the late Adam (2001) and wife Louisa (2002) Ufholz. Loving grandmother of Monica Ufholz, Cheryl Hamilton, Randy Ufholz, Cindi List, and Matthew (Joe) Ufholz. Cherished great-grandmother of Nicole, Danielle, and Victoria. Also survived by relatives in Germany and USA. Dear friend of Marjorie Gillanders, Paul and Annette Dupuis, Donna and Isabel Pare. Katrin retired as the head pastry Chef of Essex Golf and Country Club. If you so desire, donations to the Leamington Mennonite Project Home Rebuild would be appreciated by the family.
