Bogdana Stosich November 07, 1971 - December 17, 2004 Funeral arrangements by L. G. Wallace Funeral Home After enduring several years of ill health, on Friday December 17, 2004, age 74. Beloved wife of the late Zarije. Loving mother of Aleksandar. Dearly missed by sisters Mirjana Jocic (Hamilton), Branislava Amanovic (Belgrade), and their families, who will remember her as a caring Aunt. Also mourned by aunt Stojanka Music and sister-in-law Desanka Music (Knin), and Kumovi Prtenjak, Petrovic-Lukic, Sakic, Aleksandrov, Stojanovic, and Jocic-Suykens. Since her arrival in Canada, Bogdana devoted much energy to the cultural and humanitarian work at St. Nicholas' Serbian Orthodox Church, through education, theatre, and most importantly the Circle of Serbian Sisters "Mala Gospojina" of which she was past president and treasurer. Much thanks to her many friends, dear neighbours the Tavares family, and Fr. Vojislav Pavlovic and Fr. Theodore Jurewicz, who spent time with her in her last hours. Thank you also to Dr. R. Timarac, Dr. T. Kouroukis, and Dr. J. Meyerson for their help over the years. Visitation will be held at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen Service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service from St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church (1415 Barton Street East) on Monday at 11 a.m. with the Very Reverend Father Vojislav Pavlovic officiating.
