McMASTER, SHIRLEY TORRENS - The death of Shirley Torrens McMaster occurred suddenly at her home on Saturday, December 18, 2004. Born in Fairville, she was the daughter of the late Austin and Gladys (Yerxa) McMaster. Shirley was a former employee of Revenue Canada Taxation. She is survived by E. Maxine Wright. She will be sadly missed by her many friends, especially Shirley Elliot, Vera Swazey and Richard Brown. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue (634-1701) with visitation Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. in Fallsview Chapel. Interment to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Donations in Shirley's memory may be made to the Saint John Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Inc. or the charity of donor's choice.
