The passing of Donna L. Sawyer of Perth-Andover, NB occurred on May 24th, 2009 at her residence at the age of 54. Born in Bath, NB on April 22nd, 1955. Donna is survived by her husband, Willie Sawyer of Perth-Andover; mother Marion Powers of Plaster Rock; one daughter, Kim (Brian) Ruff of Johnville; one son, Jason Dixon of Perth-Andover; three grandchildren Curtis, Annie and Branden; two sisters Elezena (Paul) Page of Tilley and Norena Davidson of Perth-Andover; five brothers Roger (Ann) Powers of Wapske, Raymond Powers of Fredericton, Stephen (Danelle) Powers of Beaconsfield, Bobby Powers of Saint John and Bob (Betty) Eccleston of Anderson Rd. Predeceased by her grandparents Alva and Leslie Eccleston, brothers Harold, Frank and Fred and sister Rose. Funeral service was held on Thursday, May 28th at 2 pm from White's Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Chase officiating. Poems were read by daughter Kim, sister Elezena and nephew Josh. The eulogy was given by children Jason and Kim. Songs for the service were "I'll Be Looking For You" and "End Of The Journey Is God" sung by Elva and Charlie Dickinson and "Go Rest High On That Mountain" sung by Pastor Mike and Tammy Chase.
