Karl A. Underhill Karl Allan Underhill of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, June 4, 2009. Born in Campbellton, he was the son of the late John and Hilda (MacDougall) Underhill. He is survived by his wife Mildred (Dickson), daughters Heather Parker (Michael) of Montreal, Starr Dalton (Bill) of Scottsdale, AZ and June Underhill (Francois) of Montreal, two grandchildren, Shawn Parker and Melanie Parker. He leaves his sister, Opal Russell of Campbell River, BC and brother Glen Gerrish (Betty) of Upper Derby, NB. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son Harley and two brothers, Hubert and Grant. Karl attended Mount Royal United Church in Moncton. He was retired from CN Purchasing and Stores after forty-two years of service and was a member of the CN Pensioners Assoc. He was a passionate horseman and a former member of the United States Trotting Association. He will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his quick wit and optimism. The funeral service took place at 2:30pm on Sunday, June 7, 2009, in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home with the internment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
