MANDELL, Lou, Suddenly at Niagara Arms Retirement Manor on Monday, December 20, 2004 in his 99th year. Beloved husband of the late Pearl (Starkman) Mandell. Dear father of Michael and his wife Robin of Greenbae, California and Phyllis of St. Cathari nes. Loving grandfather of David and Arne. Lou was a long time member of Congregation B'Nail Israel. Mr. Mandell is at the DOWNTOWN CHAPEL of BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 33 Duke Street at James (behind the Courthouse). Funeral Service will be held on Tuesda y, December 21, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at B'Nail Israel Cemetery.
