PONSART, Joy (nee Anderson) 76 years, peacefully December 21, 2004. Beloved wife of the late James (2001). Loving mother of Kathy and husband Jon Cantrell, Ronald Ponsart, Kenneth Ponsart and wife Nathy, the late Carolyn (1965), Nancy and husband Rodney Jenkins and James Ponsart. Loving daughter of the late Winnifred and Walter Anderson. Dear sister of Neil Anderson and wife Eve. Loving aunt of Paul Anderson and wife Peggy. Joy was born and raised in the Township of Malden, attended General Amherst High School, and then trained as a laboratory technician at St. Mary's Academy in Windsor. She worked for several years at Grace Hospital in Detroit. While working there, she met her husband Jim, they married and moved to the Mentor area of Ohio (just east of Cleveland). Here she raised her family and spent the rest of her life. Joy Will be greatly missed. Family and friends will be received at the Brunner Funeral Home, 8466 Mentor Ave., Ohio 44060 1-440-255-3401 on Sunday, December 26th from 3-6 p.m. with interment Monday, December 27th at 9:30 a.m. Published in the Windsor Star on 12/24/2004.
