Mrs. Nancy Ann Cherniak (née Wilson) May 15, 1927 - December 22, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Salon Funéraire Rideau / Rideau Funeral Home Passed away suddenlly on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the Lakeshore General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Frank Cherniak. Loving mother of Robert (Lois), and Ronald (Vicki). Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Nicholas, and Kimberley. Family and friends may visit at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Blvd. des Sources, D.D.O., 514-685-3344 on Monday from 7-9 p.m, and on Tuesday from 1-2 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 2 :00 p.m. Interment will follow in Rideau Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Québec would be greatly appreciated.
