BRAY, William Edgar C D WW II Member of the Cornwall Lions Club and of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297 After a courageous battle, in hospital at Carleton Place, Ontario on Thursday, December 23, 2004 in his 82nd year. Loving and cherished husband of Joan Bray (nee Perry) for 59 wonderful years. Dear and devoted father of William Bray Jr. (Colleen) of Saskatoon, Donna MacDonald (Stewart) of Orleans and Debbie McVie (Jerry Flynn) of Carleton Place. Cherished grandfather of Bill, Rhonda, Kenzie, Kyle, Chris, Candice, Sondra, Sean, Caitlin, Lyndsay and Ryan. Proud great-grandfather of Jordan, and awaiting with great anticipation and joy the birth of his second and third great-grandchildren in June. Survived by his brothers Vic Paquette (Jo), Ron Miller (Elna), sister Phyllis Haberfield (Keith), Ken Bray (Diane) and his brother-in-law Cyril Perry (Betty). Predeceased by his granddaughter Jocelyn. Friends may call at the ALAN R. BARKER FUNERAL HOME 19 McArthur Avenue Carleton Place, Ontario on Tuesday, December 28 from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service to be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. with Reverend David Mullin officiating.
