COWAN, Harold Edmund At home on Thursday, December 23, 2004, Harold Cowan of Metcalfe, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Gilliland). Dear father of Joyce (Richard Dooley) and the late Alvin. Loving grandfather of David (Kerrie Ann Brady), Lisa (David Rogers), Darrell (Sarah Cochrane) and great-grandfather of Chelsey and Ryan Dooley; Jacob and Jessica Rogers. Son of the late Edmund and Hope (Hume) Cowan. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, Chapel and Reception Centre, 6971 Bank Street, (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday in the Chapel for service at 11 a.m. Spring interment, Spring Hill Cemetery. Donations to the Township of Osgoode Care Centre or the Winchester and District Memorial Hospital "Renew the Vision Campaign" would be most appreciated.
