JOHNS, Gary Richard Dec. 12, 1941 - Dec. 23, 2004 Gary passed away peacefully, with his sister Nancy and brother-in-law Don by his side. Gary is the son of Esther Johns and the late Richard Johns. He leaves to mourn his daughter Stacey, son Derek (Tara) and granddaughter Elizabeth Marie. Gary also leaves to mourn five brothers, four sisters, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A Memorial Service will be held for Gary on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Anglican Church in Richmond. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent's Hospital of Ottawa, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 1/4/2005.
