KIRK, Dorenda Nee Underwood Suddenly while visiting her daughter in Oklahoma City, December 24, 2004, age 82. Daughter of the late Henry Underwood and Florence Boyd. Predeceased by brother Roy. Survived by her loving brother Alan (Carol). Dear mother of Wendy Macleod, Bonnie Morin and Wayne (Roya). Dorenda will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Tara, Jason and Natalie as well as her nieces Debbie & Maxine and nephews Rick and Peter. She also leaves behind many friends in Rossland, B.C. Served in WWII with the British Navy. Long time volunteer with the Kanata Community Resource Centre's Backstairs Attic. Also a member of the L.A., Kanata Legion Branch # 638. Memorial Service to be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 70 Hines Road, Kanata North, Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. In memoriam donations to Community Resource Centre of Goulbourn, Kanata & West Carleton.
