BURNS, Kenneth Richard - Age 64 of Tupperville passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg on Wednesday July 29, 2009. He was born in Chatham son of Graydon and Doris (Wills) Burns. Ken had worked in the Engineering Dept. of the Municipality of Chatham Kent. He was a member of Zion United Church, Tupperville. Surviving is his loving wife Margo (Gale) Burns; son Robert Burns (Michelle) of Kitchener; mother Doris Burns of Dresden; sisters: Sharen Kaufman (Dennis) of Tupperville, Shirley Veenendaal (Barb Gray) of London; brothers: Gary Burns (John Smith) of Cape Breton Island, Kevin Burns (Erica) of Panama. He is predeceased by his father Graydon. Visitors will be received at the THOMAS L. DEBURGER FUNERAL HOME, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Monday August 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Linda Maw and Mrs. Bonnie Harvey officiating. Interment in Dresden Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Canadian Cancer Society, Zion United Church or the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
