McINTOSH, Florence Irene (nee Cheney), Peacefully, at Extendicare in St. Catharines, on Saturday, December 25, 2004 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin (1976). Lovingly remembered by one daughter Bertha (William) Ellison of Thorold a nd predeceased by three sons Bernard, Robert, Gerald and two daughters Marlene Saxton and Helen Phelan. Grandmother of 13, great grandmother of 28 and great great grandmother of one. Florence was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church and a p ast member of the CWL. The family will receive friends at the KARL A. HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Holy Rosar y Church on Wednesday, December 29th at 1:00 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. Rite of Committal at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold. 12/27/2004- ID5443068 - St. Catharines Standard
