Mrs. Rose Anna Boyko (née Piechotta) December 30, 1922 - December 26, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Avalon & Surrey Funeral Home Boyko – Rose Anna (nee Piechotta). Born in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan December 30, 1922 lived her young adult years in Vancouver and moved to Delta where she lived the later years of her life, passed away at Rosewood Extended Care Unit, Langley, BC on December 26, 2004. Predeceased by her husband John; brothers Erwin, Jim, Carl and Ralph; sister Josephine; and grandson Calvin. Her unconditional love, unfailing support, perogies and pickles will be greatly missed. Loved and survived by sons Robert, Ken (Louise) and daughter Cathie; brothers Frank (Georgia) and Alphonse (Colletta); sister Pat (Don); 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces. Will also be sadly missed by her special friends. Prayers and viewing will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday December 29, 2004 at Avalon Surrey Funeral Home 13288 – 108 Avenue Surrey BC. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 am Thursday, December 30, 2004 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 8842 – 119 Street, Delta BC. Rev. Gary Franken officiating. Tea to follow.
