SIMPSON, Kenneth At Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham, on Sunday, December 26, 2004, Kenneth Simpson, age 83, of Chatham, beloved husband of 63 years to Betty (Trudell). Born in Pixton, England on Nobember 11, 1921, son of the late Laura Lillian (Smith) and Frederick Simpson. Ken was a life member of Br. 28 of the Royal Canadian Legion after having served 4 years in The R.C. Navy during W.W.II. His work life included 25 years with the Chrysler Corporation and 26 years with the U.A.W. and C.A.W. Unions. He will be sadly missed by: his children; Sandy, Mrs. Gary Shuian, MaryLou, Mrs. Andre Dugas, and Becky, Mrs. Paul Bechard, all of Chatham, special daughter Carol Bloomfield of Woodstock, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is predeceased by a son Allen Simpson (1977) and a sister June House. Friends and relatives may call at the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S., Chatham from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday where Parish Prayers will be offered 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ursula's Church. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Chatham.
