FORMAGIN, Charles A. Jr. Passed away Dec. 27, 2004, at the age of 60 years. Loving father of Christopher, Matthew, and Melissa. Predeceased by father Charles Sr. (1977) and survived by his mother Dorothy. Brother of Larry (Charlene) and Colleen (David) Pascal. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Charlie was a Veteran's cab driver for many years. Cremation has taken place. Published in the Windsor Star on 1/3/2005
