BURCHAT, Nicholas Michael Of Wilno, on December 28, 2004 at Valley Manor Nursing Home, Barry's Bay, at the age of 100 years. Beloved husband for 65 years of the late Agnes Peplinskie, 1997. Father of Ben (Helen), Euphrazine (Ben) Kutchkoskie, Esther (Tony J.) Yantha. Predeceased by daughter Theresa (Peter) Murack, 1992 and son Winnifrey (Barbara), 1994. Also survived by 23 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren. Nicholas was the youngest and last surviving child of the late John Burchat and Anna Zyvitski, a Polish Pioneer family. Predeceased by brothers and sisters: Mary (Frank) Chapeskie, Thomas (Julia), Joseph (Rose), Anne (Joe) Laska, Peter (Josephine), Catherine, Margaret (Peter) Adamchick, Adam (Julia), John 1, John 2 (Rose), Valentine (Barbara), Rose (Dominic) Coulas, Frank, Jacob. Visitation at Zummach Funeral Home, Killaloe, on Wednesday, 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, December 30 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Wilno, Ontario.
