SÉGUIN, Fernand - At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Monday, September 14, 2009. Fernand Henri Séguin of Alexandria; age 73 years. Husband of Monique Séguin (nee Poirier). Dear father of Luc of Ottawa, Roxane McDonell (Leighton) of Glen Nevis, Jean (Lisa) of Avonmore and Julie Séguin (Yves) of Alexandria. Loving grandfather of Philippe, Andrée, Renée, Abby, Tommy, Leah, Ben, Jacob, Anne, Tyler and Connor. Dear brother of Pierre (Mariette) of Vankleek Hill, Paulette Pigeon, Lise (Guy) and Jeannine Chabot (Adrien) all of Gatineau. Dear son of the late Henri Séguin and the late Aline Trottier. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 2 pm. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Fernand a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
