ROGERS, Dorothy - After a brief illness at the Lady Dunn Health Centre, Wawa on Monday September 14, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Rogers. Loving mother of David Rogers (Theresa), John “Jack“ Rogers (Melanie) and Donna Lyle (Danny). Adored “Nan“ of Gary Rogers (Linda), Cheryl Rogers, Michael Rogers (Sheri) and Becky Rogers. Great “Nan“ of Wyatt, Cole, Lauren, Caden and Andrew. Dear sister of Fred McMasters (Helen), Arnie McMasters (Shirley), the late Eva Lambourne (late Gerald), late Muriel Barley (late Frank) and the late Ollie McMasters (Dot). Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the P.M. GILMARTIN FUNERAL HOME, Wawa on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will take place at the Wawa Baptist Church on Friday September 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ron Henson officiating. Interment at Woodland Cemetery, Wawa. Memorial donations made to the Lady Dunn Health Centre Long Term Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.
