LIVINGSTONE, Gail Patricia - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Gail on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, surrounded by loving family members. She was the much loved mother of Jeff Livingstone (Mary) of Connecticut, Cathy Thompson (Drew) of St. Catharines and Lori Livingstone of Toronto. Dear sister of Eleanor James (Cliff) of Guelph, Carol (Honey) Way of Guelph and Diane Baird (Allen) of St. Catharines. Loved grandmother of Kyle Shotter, Jordan, Catherine, James and Andrew Livingstone. Loved aunt of Rick, Susan (John), Brad (Anita), Kevin (Kathleen), Leanne (Roy), Allison (Brian), and Amanda (Blaine). Loved great aunt to many great nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by Liza Parry and Gail's long time friend Diana Reagan. Lovingly remembered by Bob Livingstone. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Ivy Hurd. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 19, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. Interment Memory Gardens, Breslau. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the wonderful staff at Princess Margaret Hospital Palliative Care and St. Michael's Hospital Palliative Care. If desired memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
