TESSIER-WOLF, Claudia Chloe - Born on September 15th, 2009. Claudia will be sadly missed by her loving parents Tammy Ute Wolf & Kevin Nicholas Tessier. Granddaughter of Denis & Debbie Tessier and Claus & the late Claudia Wolf. Niece of Insa Wolf, Henrik (Sarah) Wolf, Corinne (Lance) Schroeder, Tim Tessier (Terri Leclerc). Cousin of Autumn Schroeder, Markus Wolf, Corbin Leclerc. Thank you to Dr. Bedkowski, Fran and the Staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital for their support at this difficult time. Cremation has taken place.
