Dear father of Jody Swamp (Denise), Ranatiiostha Swamp (Misty), Kiawentonte Swamp (Cheryl) and Jerry Swamp (Deanna) all of Ahkweshsne and Penache Proulx of Peterborough. Predeceased by one son Jay Swamp. Survived by chosen sons Gerald and Neil George and chosen daughter Crystal Henry. Loving grandfather of Owen, Austin, Evan, Brenna, Flint, Tyren, Taylor, Aaron, Trevor, Talon, Lacey, Sakoierens, Mattison and great-grandfather of Jasmin and Aiden. Dear son of the late Leo Swamp and the late Charlotte Papineau. Dear brother of Ray Swamp (Mary) of Ganienkeh, N.Y., Herman Swamp (Diane) of Connecticut, Leonard Swamp (Marena), Jake Swamp (Judy), Lawrence Swamp (Dyan), Ronald Swamp (JoAnn), Roy Swamp (Peggy), Cecelia King (Paul), Shirley Swamp, Janice Swamp-Sharrow, Elizabeth Nanticoke (Kevin), Josephine Swamp and Theresa Fox (Sky) all of Ahkwesahsne. Resting at his former residence, 33 St. Regis Road, Ahkwesahsne N.Y. from 7 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Friday December 31, 2004 at the Mohawk Nation Longhouse, Raquette Point at 11 a.m. Interment at the Longhouse Cemetery, Cornwall, Island.
