McKEE, Marion - Sept. 26,1938 to Sept 12, 2009. It is with deep sadness upon learning of the passing of Marion McKee of East Hartford, CT. Marion fought a brave battle with cancer and found peace with her Lord on Saturday, September 12, 2009. Marion is survived by her son Scott and her daughter Sheryl-Ann and her grandchildren. She is also mourned by her brothers Huck and Walter, her sisters Catherine (Kate) and Ella, as well as many nieces and nephews. Marion was a beloved friend and mentor to Trish Hamilton. Marion moved to Bear Valley and then resided in Port Loring for many years before returning to settle in East Hartford. Many friends and fond memories were made in these cities including North Bay. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 20th at 3 p.m. at St. Paul's United Church in Golden Valley, Hwy 522. Donations to St. Paul's Church, in Marion's memory, will be gratefully accepted.
