Mrs. Minnie Crawford, Charlottetown The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Prince Edward Home on Wednesday, September 23, 2009, of Minnie Francis Crawford, age 83, of Charlottetown and formerly of Southport. Wife of the late Leslie Crawford. Loving mother of Gail (Baxter) Ramsay, Elaine (Stephen) McCarron, Paul (Wilma), Phillip (Joni), Karen (Fredrick), Darlene (Douglas), Freeman (Amber). Survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Mark and Iona (Kennedy) McCormack, grandson Dion, and sisters Mary Harrington and Letty McCormack. Donations gratefully accepted to A.D.P.I. (Addiction Services). Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, at 3 p.m. from the Hillsboro Funeral Home Chapel, Stratford. Visitation from 1 p.m. until time of service.
