DORE, Mr. Alexander - passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at the St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre in Cornwall, Ontario. Age 93 years. Formerly of Amelia Street, Cornwall, Ontario. Beloved husband for over 70 years of Helene Dore (née Beaupre) . Dear father of Lionel (Marcella) of Alexandria, Sylva of Toronto, Rheal (June) of Port Dover, Ontario, Robert (Carol) of Orleans, Marcel (Angela) of Williamstown, Maurice (Ellen) of Powassan Ontario and Jeannette Jones (Alan) of Port Dover Ontario. Dear brother of Mrs. Florence Huffman of Lucan Ontario and Mrs. Alice Pecore of Cornwall. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren. Dear son of the late Telesphore Dore and the late Delima Belisle. Predeceased by one brother Louis Dore and three sisters, Mrs. Victoria Lauzon, Mrs. Emma Lalonde-Branchaud and Mrs. Lauretta King. Resting at the BOULERICE FUNERAL HOME LTD (613- 932-5455) 218 Montreal Road Cornwall Ontario on Thursday, September 24, 2009 from 2 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday September 25, 2009 for mass of Christian Burial in St. Columban Church Cornwall Ontario at 1 p.m. Interment in Saint Raphael Cemetery. The family will be in attendance on Thursday, September 24 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday September 25 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Members of the Knights of Columbus, Ontario Council 755 are requested to assemble at Boulerice Funeral Home Ltd., 218 Montreal Road on Thursday September 24 at 7:30 p.m. for prayers and visitation for our late brother Alexander Dore
