HUNTER, M. Alberta - We express with sadness the passing of our mother, Mildred Alberta Hunter, on Friday, September 25, 2009, in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband Edmond Earl Hunter (1993) of Grimsby, Ontario. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara (Jack) Henwood, Wellandport, and Nancy Johnson (Charles- deceased July 2009), St. Catharines, Ontario. Alberta leaves six grandchildren, John (Marilyn) Henwood, Debra (John) Ferguson, Bridgette (Albert) Kennedy, Lorraine (Dale) Krock, Jim (Yolanda) Henwood and Robert Henwood. Twelve great-grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren. She is survived by a brother, Robert (Violet) Lambert, Thornhill, Ontario, a sister Joan (John) Larouche, Isla Morada, Florida and sister-in-law Monica Lambert, Hamilton, Ontario. She is predeceased two sisters, one brother and two brothers-in-law. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. Many thanks to the staff of Maplecrest in Grimsby for making Alberta comfortable during the past eleven years. Visitation at STONEHOUSE- WHITCOMB FUNERAL, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Monday from 2-4 pm where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 1 pm.
