Maylene FRANCO

PENARANDA , Maylene Franco October 4, 1967 - September 12, 2009 Maylene passed away in Calgary on Saturday, September 12, 2009, aged 41 years. Beloved wife of Nick, loving mother of her four sons; Andrew, Christopher, Ben and David. She is also survived by her mother, Teresita of Calgary, her brothers Edwin Franco and Mario (Pinky) Franco and sister Maxmelia (Robert) Maurice; nieces, Murielle, Chelsea, Danielle, and Kimberly; nephews, Corey, Darnell and Daniel. Maylene was predeceased by her father, Benito and sister, Celestita. Maylene was a loving and supportive soul who touched a lot of lives. She will be sadly missed. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at MOUNTAIN VIEW FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with prayers being held at 7:00 p.m. both evenings. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 1414 Shawnessy Boulevard S.W., Calgary, Presided by Father Andrew Maruszczak, SDS. Interment to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Garden of the Good Shepard. If so desired, a memorial tribute may be made in Maylene's name to her children's education fund.
