TIMBRELL, Edmund Stuart ("Dick" a.k.a. "Tim") RCAF Veteran (Squadron Leader) with 28 years service (CD & Bar), followed by Department of Supply & Services, 13 years, then retired. Peacefully passed away on December 29, 2004 at the Civic Hospital in Ottawa at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of Roberta Margaret Ellen (nee Sherwood). Predeceased by brother Thomas (Gerie), Trail, B.C. Survived by brother Robert (Patricia), Chester Basin, Nova Scotia and step-brother Robert Hugh ("Bud"), Victoria, B.C. and sister-in-law Eleanor Barker (William) and brother-in-law Stuart Sherwood (Alice) and by nieces Nancy Timbrell-Muckle (James), Pamela Booth (Robert), Susan Vardon (Charles), Judith Sandbrook (Richard), Elizabeth Lilley, Shelley Frew (Barry), Margaret Jupp and nephews Bruce Timbrell and Bruce Jupp as well as grand-nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), Nepean on Tuesday, January 4th, 2005 from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Reception to follow. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers are requested for the Canadian Cancer Society or the Civic Hospital Heart Institute.
